When Should I Waterproof?

~ Cracked walls

~ Decay in walls

~ Efflorescence on basement walls

~ Ground saturation

~ Ground water builds in the soil

~ Hydrostatic pressure is observed in walls

~ Moisture related damages

~ Mold in walls

~ Peeling paint

~ Structural damage

~ Water seepage in crawl spaces

~ Water, snow, and/or heavy rain build up inside window wells

~ Weeping tile that is blocked or damaged
